PeerBid LLC Consignor Agreement
-You (the seller) give PeerBid LLC pictures/scans of your book(s) for auction (highlighting any significant defects)
-You are responsible for collecting payment from the buyer after the auction ends. We will send you all necessary information to contact them and we will do the same with the buyer. PeerBid LLC is not responsible to reimburse sellers for any G&S fees on any refund, PayPal monetary conversion, and/or transaction service or unwinding.
Buyer Payment Terms
Payment for any winning bid is due within seven (7) days of the auction’s conclusion.
Late Payment: If payment is not received within the specified time frame, the sale will be deemed void, and the item may be offered to the next highest bidder, canceled or re-listed at the discretion of the consignor.
Non-Payment Consequences: Failure to complete payment will result in the Bidder being banned from participating in future auctions.
-You pay PeerBid LLC our 5% Sellers Fee (5% of the auction items end price) plus the listing fee of $20 per listed item once you receive payment from the buyer. You then ship the sold book(s) PACKED SAFELY and fully insured, with signature required, to the buyer within 7 business days. Seller sends PeerBid LLC pics of packaging, proof of insurance, and tracking info day of shipping.

You sold one item for $1000
5% Seller Fee= $50
Listing Fee= $20
$70 is due to PeerBid LLC upon payment from the buyer.
-Buyer has 3 days from the day of receipt to request a full refund. If a return is timely requested, the seller will refund upon safe return of item(s) and any commission will be returned. Buyer pays return shipping.
-PeerBid LLC, including its owner, agents, and consultants, merely serves as a broker in any sales transaction(s). You, as the seller, are solely responsible for any loss or damage to the book(s) you sell (hence the insurance requirement), any non-refundable PayPal G&S fees, and for collecting any required tax.
-Seller agrees not to list the same book(s) on their own direct sales post(s) or with any other platform or auction house while those book(s) are being auctioned on PeerBid LLC, and to PROMPTLY inform PeerBid LLC if any listed books sell. Seller agrees not to list any book listed on PeerBid LLC on any other consignment page, website, or application while the listing(s) is active on PeerBid LLC.
